A Great Start to the 2008 Season

June 1st, 2008: The New Brunswick Sailing Team started off the 2008 sailing season with a training clinic at the Rothesay Yacht club on Sunday June 1st. There was a fairly good turnout with two 29ers and 6 Lasers / Radials. The team was sailing for the majority of the afternoon with great conditions. There was a steady 10-15 Knots of wind, which was fantastic for what was the first sail of the year for many. Registration for the New Brunswick Sailing team remains open until Saturday June 7th. Time is running out so the time to register is now. The next Provincial Team event will be at the Rothesy Yacht Club once again starting at 9:00 AM on Sunday June 15th. This location has been changed from the Shediac Bay Yacht Club due to a lack of interest from sailors in the Shediac Area.
